Improve help desk article findability with customer language

Use the words customers type and say to make approved support answers easier to locate.

Direct answer

People often describe the same issue with different words. Compare customer wording with article titles, headings, search terms, and the categories used in the queue.

Keep the article’s scope clear while adding useful synonyms. A title should tell a reader what task the article covers, not merely repeat an internal system name.

When a search returns several similar answers, narrow the headings and link the related paths. Do not merge instructions that apply to different permissions or risk levels.

Track failed searches alongside the ticket that exposed the gap. The owner can then decide whether the fix is a new answer, a clearer title, a routing change, or a boundary that needs explanation.
