A vendor status banner can provide context, but it does not automatically explain an individual ticket. Check the affected product, region, start time, update time, and current incident wording.

Record what the page actually confirms and keep the customer report separate. A simultaneous symptom may be related, unrelated, or still too early to classify.

Link the official page when it helps, but do not promise vendor recovery or close the ticket solely because the banner turns green. Follow the local verification and ownership rule.

After recovery, compare the ticket timeline with the published incident window. Repeated mismatches are a reason to improve the diagnostic route, not to stretch the status notice into evidence it never supplied.
