Research question: Which preflight checks reduce unsafe or irrelevant reuse of help desk knowledge?
Method: For a fixed ticket sample, code intent, product state, version, prerequisites, permitted action, article freshness, stop condition, and final route. Freeze the sample, exclusions, definitions, and observation window before reading outcomes. Keep protected artifacts in their approved system.
